The operator "Rostelecom" and the company RooX Solutions have developed a solution for customers - a custom application specific Connection Manager and cameraman application for social networks. With their help, subscribers will be able to manage on-line network access services and options, track the status of account, book content, and even to make IP-calls. Launch of the platform is particularly relevant in connection with the planned start of the provision of "Rostelecom" LTE network services in the autumn of 2012, the company noted. Connection Manager application is built on a platform RooX Customer Experience Management, which uses a mechanism embedded widgets. This technology allows the application to add new features without having to reinstall and create an individual interface for each subscriber. In addition, a new application is tightly integrated with the "Personal Area" party, and therefore provides all the information online. On the home page of the application contains information about the connected subscriber services recorded account balance. Here user can select a network for wireless data - Wi-Fi, or LTE, will also continue to reflect the connection to the fixed broadband network. The page will be available to personal offers of "Rostelecom", formed by taking into account the subscriber's user profile. On the "Account" provides more detailed information of all connected services, operating rates and balance on the balance sheet. With the help pages "Messages" can be sent to other subscribers of SMS-messages and make USSD-requests. It also recorded message from the operator. Another advantage of the Connection Manager - simplifying interaction with the customer support operator, because it allows to diagnose and get all the necessary technological information with one click "F5", and pressing press "F9" automatically sends a report to the operator call center for assistance. The new application will be available on social networking sites Facebook, VKontakte and Classmates from June 1, 2012.
