The Chinese company, Huawei released its audited financial results for the past 2011, which was recorded sales amounting to 203.9 billion yuan, showing thus 11.7% growth compared to last year's results. Net income for the period amounted to 11.6 billion yuan.
Particularly high growth was achieved in these parts of the company as Consumer and Enterprise. Sales of Huawei Consumer amounted to 44.6 billion yuan, showing a 44.3% increase compared to 2010 figures. In particular, the group engaged in the production of mobile terminals, which managed to sell about 150 million units of smartphones in the past year. Sales of Huawei Enterprise in 2011 increased by 57.1% year on year, reaching 9.2 billion yuan.
