Ericsson integrates Telcordia brand
The integration of the Telcordia organization into the Ericsson group (NASDAQ: ERIC) has now been completed. In conjunction with this, the Ericsson brand will be activated for the Operations Solutions (OS) and Service Delivery Solutions (SDS) portfolios. The ICS portfolio will remain under the Telcordia brand.

Telcordia, a global leader in the development of mobile, broadband and enterprise communications software and services, was acquired by Ericsson in January 2012 to strengthen its position in OSS and BSS.a

OSS/BSS is a growing market driven by the demand for business efficiency, innovation and high quality user experience. This integration underscores Ericsson’s commitment to provide customers with world-leading, innovative solutions for diverse customer challenges, processes and technologies.
