Samsung has announced the launch of the industry's first 32nm 2Gb memory LPDDR3 Mobile

South Korea's Samsung Electronics has announced the mass production of the industry's first 2 GB LPDDR3 Mobile Memory manufactured on 32-nm process technology.

These modules, according to the company, are highly energy efficient and are designed primarily for use in high-performance next-generation mobile devices, providing a performance boost of up to 50% compared with LPDDR2 DRAM modules.
