The "VimpelCom" the new Technical Director

Telecommunications operator "Beeline" announced the appointment of Sergei Bowman to the post of technical director of the Moscow region JSC "VimpelCom".

In his role as technical director of the Moscow region, Sergei will be responsible for planning, design and optimization of mobile networks, the processes of building high-rise structures, installation of engineering equipment, new construction and modernization of the existing positions of base stations, switching subsystems of mobile and fixed networks, as well as for the operation of mobile, fixed , broadband networks and the monitoring of radio subsystems, switching equipment, intelligent platforms and packet data.
