Tablet Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 with Windows 8 will be released in October

Lenovo has officially announced a new Tablet Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2. This device, according to her, specifically designed for the new operating system, Windows 8, which will be released this fall. More precisely, the tablet will work on Windows 8 Pro. It is based on the Intel Atom processor and is equipped with 10.1-inch touch-IPS-display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Also it has two cameras: a 2-megapixel front and 8-megapixel on the back side.

In addition, Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 supports 3G cellular networks and 4G, standard NFC, HDMI and USB, can be optionally equipped with an active digitizer and the fingerprint sensor. The thickness of the device is 9.8 mm, weight - less than 600 grams. The tablet can run on one battery charge of up to 10 hours. Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet Edition 2 will take place in October this year.
