LG Electronics has announced that for its successful debut in Korea and Japan, its smartphone Optimus Vu with a 5-inch screen and a 4:3 aspect ratio, available in September of this year in the global market, starting with some European countries, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
South Korean manufacturer notes that since its launch in March, it sold half a million of these devices that it considers evidence of public recognition of this form factor.
Recall that the global version of the Optimus Vu equipped with quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 and 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024x768 pixels and an aspect ratio - 4:3. In addition, the LG Optimus Vu is a place of support for 3G networks, two cameras (8 MP and 1.3 MP) and a new version of the operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
