Sony Computer Entertainment acquires cloud gaming company Gaikai Inc.

The company Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) today announced a definitive agreement to acquire a leading online gaming company cloudy Gaikai Inc. Over 380 million dollars.

As stated in SCE, due to this purchase, the company will have a new cloud service, providing customers with innovative and exciting interactive entertainment.
