Rostelecom build mobile 2G/3G/4G-set in 27 regions of Russia

The operator Rostelecom has announced that the first phase of construction of a modern multi-standard mobile network standards, 2G, 3G and 4G, will have more than 8000 base stations in 27 regions of Russia.
