Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ20: Camera with 21 x optical zoom

Company Panasonic, among other novelties, introduced a digital camera Lumix DMC-LZ20. This 16-megapixel model, which differs a powerful optical zoom. The lens unit (25-525 mm in 35mm equivalent) provides 21-fold increase. In addition, the new camera has optical image stabilization, face detection, and can record video with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels at 30 frames per second.

Also, Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ20 is equipped with 3-inch display 460,000 pixels, and the rate of the camera sensitivity up to ISO 1600 and ISO 6400, even in high sensitivity mode. The new camera will be available soon, though, are still unknown exactly when this will happen and how much will it cost new. Panasonic has promised to disclose this information 30 days prior to release.
