MTS has launched a digital TV signal throughout Russia


Telecommunications operator MTS announced the launch of digital television broadcasting in 150 Russian cities, which will, in his words, more than 60% increase in the number of channels in the TV packages of MTS in the regions, to provide users with access to HD-content and interactive pay-TV services.
