LG Sells Over 4 Million Optimus LTE Smartphones Worldwide

LG Electronics has sold more than 4 million units of its Optimus LTE smartphone line around the world.

The company said on Monday that its Optimus LTE and Optimus LTE Tag were both on the million-seller list last year, and that its newly released Optimus LTE2 has sold more than 400,000 units in Korea alone.

It plans to double to 20 the number of countries it exports the handsets to.
