Beeline service division will focus in Yaroslavl


Telecommunications Company JSC "VimpelCom" announced the launch of the project within the strategic program to improve operational efficiency. In this project, the company creates in Yaroslavl Common Service Centre (OTSO), which will become separate unit that has a structural unit "VimpelCom" services for accounting, finance, personnel management and procurement.

"Common Service Centre" - a new model of service delivery within the Company. Supporting business processes performed within each division, will be concentrated in a single, geographically dedicated service center.

The transfer of standardized operations center will allow the words of the operator to optimize the time required of staff, reduce the cost of the operations and improve their quality. In addition, the released resources could be used for strategic purposes. As a result of OTSO reduce the number of manual operations and the amount of paper work.

According to the company, handling large volumes of transactions will be done with high efficiency, based on standard business processes and IT systems that will allow the company to achieve savings by reducing the total costs for accounting, personnel, operations and transactions related to procurement.

Currently, the model OTSO is at the stage of detailed design of the project, which will be developed during the business processes of interaction between the Company and the Common Service Centre. There will also be determined by the operating model that includes both the principles and standards for the provision of services within the Company and the organizational structure of the Common Service Centre.
