Nokia sells a business Vertu

The Finnish company Nokia has announced that it has signed an agreement with private equity group EQT VI to acquire Nokia's business investors for the production of luxury mobile phones - Vertu. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is expected to be completed in the second half of this year, subject to approval by regulators authorities. At the same time Nokia will retain a 10 percent stake in Vertu.
