"Extra money" from Kyivstar

Ukrainian mobile operator "Kyivstar announced the introduction for its prepaid subscribers a new service" extra money "that allows the client when there is no money in the account to receive the completion bonus account for 20.00 hryvnia (1 ~ 8 hr).

Means bonus account can be used to:

outgoing and forwarded calls to fixed line subscribers, the number of subscribers, "Kyivstar" and DJUICE and numbers of other mobile operators in Ukraine;
SMS-messages to subscribers of «Kyivstar», DJUICE and the number of subscribers of Ukrainian and foreign mobile operators;
MMS-messages to subscribers of «Kyivstar», DJUICE and the number of subscribers of Ukrainian and foreign mobile operators;
international calls, including the service "StarSvit";
using the services of WAP, Internet and Mobile Internet XL Technology CSD and GPRS / EDGE.
the services of content providers, commissioned by calling, sending SMS or MMS to short numbers;
to pay for content services ordered via WAP and WEB requests;
to pay for calls to numbers with the code "0800" and "0900."
The service makes it possible to use mobile services in cases where the subscriber has no funds in the account and you can not replenish it quickly.

The service does not require additional configuration in your mobile phone.

The service is available to all prepaid customers who:

telecommunications services used by more than 3 months;
spend on the use of mobile services over 7.50 USD. monthly (for the last 2 months);
joined the subscriber's account at least once a scratch card, electronic voucher or recharge via terminals, the Internet or ATMs in the amount of 30 hryvnia or more.
Another addition to the bonus account 20.00 hryvnia can be ordered subject to repayment of previous debts and charges for the service.

The subscriber has to pay the debt and pay for using the service.

Debt is 20.00 USD. Service fee of 2.00 USD and consists of a tariff, VAT, and the Pension Fund for the fact that every successful use of the service.

Debt and service fee (22.00 USD) is automatically deducted from the subscriber's account in the first deposit to a sufficient amount of money. If the amount of replenishment is insufficient, the removal will take part in multiples of USD 4.40.
