ADATA launches two new solid-state drive mSATA

ADATA Technology Company announced the release of solid-state drives mSATA XPG SX300 and Premier Pro SP300. In the words of the company, both products are designed for users who want to get the most from new motherboard with built-in connectors mSATA. When using the mSATA SSD as a cache storage is possible to achieve a significant increase in speed compared to systems using modules SSD as the main memory.

Drive XPG SX300 has a SATA 6 Gb / s and is aimed at experienced users who require the highest speed and capacity of the device. Read / write speeds up 550/505 MB / sec, but the maximum number of operations 4k random write up to 85,000 IOPS. Model SX300 small form-factor and capacitance of 64, 128 and 256 GB provides the full power of SSD technology and mSATA.

Drive Premier Pro SP300 has a SATA 3 Gb / s and is an economical solution for the upgrade. Read / write speeds up 280/260 MB / sec, the maximum number of operations 4k random write up to 46,000 IOPS. Model SP300 is available in capacities of 24, 32 and 64 GB, and it can be used in conjunction with a more capacious, but at a slower mechanical drive that will eventually be cost-effective solution to increase the speed of the system.
