LG will not give up in favor of Windows Phone Android

Representatives of LG Electronics have denied rumors that the manufacturer will no longer develop and release smartphones running Windows Phone. The information published previously in newspaper Korea Herald, was named the rumors. Message stating that LG will not cooperate with Microsoft to develop smartphone was placed in the article devoted to the forthcoming visit of CEO Steve Ballmer for a meeting with the LG. At the same time representative of the Korea Herald quoted an unnamed employee of LG, who said that would be a step back and smartphones in conjunction with Windows Phone is currently the company is not interested, because this OS is too small a share of the global market. Now, the official representative LG's told Pocket-lint, that the cooperation between the companies is continuing. "We're still on board with Windows Phone, but at the moment, we are focused on Android, because it is a demand." Does this mean the existence of plans to issue new smart phones with this operating system, or denied there was only information about the redirection of resources to develop the segment of smartphones with Android, did not specify. LG has been not very successful policy in the market not only smartphones, but also mobile phones in general, therefore, to invest significant resources into the operating system, the return on which is not as great opportunities not. Perhaps this explains the very small range of models with Windows Phone from LG.
