Japanese companies Fujitsu Limited and Toshiba Corporation today announced that the first April 2012, Fujitsu, Toshiba bought the stake in the joint venture Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communications Limited, which manufactures and sells mobile handsets primarily for local mobile operator KDDI. As a result of this transaction, Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communications has been restructured into a subsidiary company wholly owned by Fujitsu, and the company name was changed to Fujitsu Mobile Communications Limited.
