ZTE Fury: low-cost Android-smartphone


Chinese company ZTE has introduced a new low-cost smart phone ZTE Fury. This model is designed for the U.S. operator Sprint and CDMA networks, and should go on sale today - March 11. The device is a candybar with a 3.5-inch touchscreen display (resolution 480x320 pixels) and no hardware keyboard. ZTE Fury is based on a 1-GHz processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 (MSM8655), and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The remaining features of the model includes 512 MB of memory RAM, 4GB flash memory, a 5-megapixel camera and a battery capacity of 1500 mAh. The existing format microSD slot supports cards up to 32GB, and 2-GB card comes bundled with your smartphone. The cost of ZTE Fury at $ 19.99, taking into account the two-year service contract with an operator and a $ 50 discount. Sprint expects that the model is suitable for children's and family use, including, thanks to the support service Family Locator, which allows you to track the location of family members.
