Tele2 welcomes students Praktik'u

The operator Tele2 announced the launch of the annual training for students of Russian universities. This year the program Tele2 Praktik held in 13 regions of the country. The operator conducts an internship program for graduate students in Russian universities for two years. Young people from St. Petersburg, Rostov, Omsk, Tula, Murmansk, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Oryol, Chelyabinsk and Moscow will be able to take part in a training program for young talent. candidates waiting for a multi-stage selection, consisting not only of testing and interviews, but also the business game. Finalists who have successfully passed the tests will have an opportunity during the two summer months to participate in projects of a large European telecommunications company. Participants in the program Tele2 Praktik plunge in the company, becoming part of the team. This year the internship takes place in the commercial, financial, personnel management, technical and legal departments. In addition, interns will participate in the training, allowing to develop personal skills. Tele2 will provide the participants of the payment of wages and compliance with social security. At the end of a two-month program, participants will be the evaluation process, based on which it is decided to extend the internship. Trainees, who showed the best results, be able to continue its work in the company on a flexible schedule, combining study with practical application of acquired skills.
