Tele2 Russia and the "Messenger" will develop a network operator monobrand

Telecommunications operator Tele2 and mobile retailer GC "The Messenger" announced an agreement on joint development of monobrand retail. New stores are running "connected" Tele2 will add retail in the Central, Northwest and Southern regions of Russia.
