Sony has officially unveiled its first smartphone operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The model is called the Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i announced and it is still only in China. The device is equipped with a 4-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and is based on a 1-GHz processor Qualcomm MSM8255. The smartphone is equipped with 1 GB of ROM-RAM and 512 MB of RAM.
Built-in 5-megapixel camera phones Sony Xperia Neo L can shoot high-definition 720p, and also has a front VGA-camera for video calls. The device supports wireless Wi-Fi (with DLNA), Bluetooth, memory card microSD (up to 32 GB), equipped with a GPS-receiver and the battery capacity of 1500 mAh.
