HTC Corporation (HTC), a global designer of smartphones, and KDDI Corporation (KDDI), signed an agreement to jointly develop smartphones tailored for the Japan market. The collaboration will leverage the two companies’ industry expertise, combining HTC’s strengths in mobile innovation and design, with KDDI’s leading market presence and mobile networks in Japan to create the most premium smartphone experience specific to Japanese tastes and preferences.
