MegaFon: service "Video" to add the function of "caption"

Moscow branch of MegaFon announced the launch of the new service. "Caption" is a complement to the popular service, "Video", through which MegaFon subscribers have the opportunity to see each other during the conversation. Can use the service, all users of mobile phones with built-in camera while in the area of the network 3G. If the addressee of the call is not in 3G coverage area or unit does not support video call, the conversation will be held with the service "caption." The subscriber will be able to see the video piece, set by the operator as the caption. This will set an ordinary voice connection with the called party. A call from the caption will be paid at the normal value corresponding to the direction of the call on the current tariff plan. Service "caption" is available to all subscribers automatically and requires no connection.
