MegaFon has a new status in RCC

Company "MegaFon" became a full member of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC). This operator status in the Commonwealth gives the right to vote when voting at meetings of the RCC and may be elected to the leadership of the working bodies. In contrast to the observers, a full member of the Regional Commonwealth also provides an opportunity to participate not only in the work of the RCC Board of operators, but in the committees and working groups of the Council of Heads of Communications Administrations. MegaFon will be able to promote their own projects within the Commonwealth and include the relevant issues in the agenda of meetings. It can be as socially significant projects that combine the interests of all countries participating organizations, and business ideas, the issues of improving inter-carrier relations. Active members of the RCC have the opportunity to enjoy the support of the Commonwealth in other international organizations, such as the International Telecommunication Union. At the jubilee congress of the RCC, which was held in Kiev, Deputy General Director of the federal corporate sales and business operator "MegaFon", General Director of CJSC "Synterra "Constantine Solodukhin awarded an honorary diploma for contribution to the Commonwealth. Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC) - an open regional international organization dedicated to cooperation of independent states in the field of telecommunications and postal services. The Commonwealth was established December 17, 1991 in Moscow by the Heads of Communications Administrations of Independent States. As part of the RCC are 12 permanent working bodies (commissions and councils of operators) that operate in different areas of information and communication technologies. In 2011, the RCC celebrates its 20th anniversary.
