U.S. Congress considers products ZTE and Huawei threat to national security

As a result of an 11-month investigation by the Intelligence Committee of the House of Representatives of the United States (U.S. Congress), it was found that the products of Chinese companies Huawei and ZTE are a threat to national security. The preliminary decision of the committee suggests a ban on the sale of products of the two companies, because they are directly dependent on the government of the PRC. Both companies hold a high position in the market of telecommunications equipment, with 4% Huawei and from 2 to 3% of the profits derived from ZTE USA, and their plans for a significant expansion of its presence. In this case for the past few years, ZTE faced with the inability to enter the U.S. stock market because of the complex structure of the company and the participation of the Government of the PRC to operate. Representatives of both manufacturers as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China flatly denied the use of alcohol companies for espionage that however, it is not surprising. At the same time, by the U.S. authorities have been reports that telecommunications providers are advised not to use products Huawei and ZTE for the benefit of others. However, experts report that the real use of "tabs" in the devices to spy for any manufacturer will be commercial death, as proven case will automatically lead to a total ban of the company in the U.S.. As representatives of companies associated charges heard in the report, with lobbying, suggesting that the ban will benefit other manufacturers.
