Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX1 - the world's first full-frame 35-mm compact camera


Japanese company Sony has announced, as it claims, the world's first full frame of 35mm compact camera with an effective resolution of 24.3 megapixel sensor - Cyber-shot DSC-RX1.

The manufacturer emphasizes the following advantages of their new items:

Full frame compact camera, which is much smaller and lighter than any full-frame SLR camera
Exmor CMOS sensor with an effective resolution of 24.3 megapixels, which is more than the area more than twice the sensor APS-C, which are equipped with much, much more bulky SLR Camera
Supports Full HD video
Lens Carl Zeiss Sonnar T 35mm F2 with a fixed focal length and macro mode support (20 cm)
