Lenovo A660: waterproof Android-smartphone with two SIM-cards


Lenovo has announced a new smartphone operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The model is called Lenovo A660 and is the first mobile device of having the water resistance. More precisely, the unit is certified in accordance with the specification IP67, that is, it is protected against dust and can withstand short-term immersion in water to a depth of 1 meter.

Lenovo A660 is built on a 1-GHz dual-core processor, supports just two SIM-cards and cellular networks 3G, equipped with a 4-inch touch screen with WVGA-durable glass Gorilla Glass, a 5-megapixel camera on the back and front VGA-camera. The thickness of the smartphone is 10.5 mm, as seen in the photo submitted, it will be available in several colors. It is not clear when the novelty will be sold and how much it will cost. Most likely, it will be released first in China.
