Which products can I upgrade to?
A qualifying new (i.e. not second-hand or refurbished) Samsung Galaxy S III or Samsung Galaxy Note.

Which products can I trade in?
You can trade in your Galaxy SII (to receive a free Tab2 7”), iPhone 4 (to receive a Free Tab2 7”) and an iPhone 4s (to receive either a Free Tab2 10.1” or Tab2 7” your choice). Next week we will be adding other smartphones to this offer and creating an opportunity for your to pay an additional fee to receive a Tab2. The cost will depend on the type and condition of device traded in.
You traded in device must be in full working order, with battery included. The phone cannot be blocked or blacklisted, and we reserve the right to disqualify damaged, altered or non-working devices. Check terms and conditions to make sure your phone is acceptable.

What will I receive in addition to my phone upgrade?
One Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Wi-Fi or Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Wi-Fi. Which Galaxy Tab 2 you are eligible for depends upon the device you are trading in and additional payment may be required.

What should I do once I've bought my new Samsung Galaxy S III or Galaxy Note?
First, you will need to know the IMEI number of your new device and the phone you are trading in. Then you need to visit our trade in page for this offer. You will need to enter both IMEI numbers to check that the phones are valid. Once it has been confirmed, you can register for the offer.

What is an IMEI number?
IMEI stands for ‘International Mobile Equipment Identity’. An IMEI number is a unique code used to identify each mobile device.

How can I find out my IMEI numbers?
For the majority of phones, there are two ways to find out the IMEI number. One way is to open the battery cover on your phone, remove the battery and find the IMEI number on the white label under the battery. It will be 15 to 17 digits in length and it does not contain any letters or slashes. Another way to find your IMEI number is to enter *#06# on your phone's keypad.

What happens next after I have registered for the offer?
You will be sent packaging and a postage label so that you can post the phone you are trading in. You will need to follow the instructions provided during the registration process and post the phone you are trading in to the stated address. Once it has been received and processed, your free Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 will be sent to the address you provided.

What happens if the phone you are trading in gets lost in the post?
The prepaid envelop you will be sent is recorded and traceable.

When do I need to submit my trade-in claim?
You can submit your claim from the 25th of August 2012 onward, and the offer will be available until at least the 10th of September 2012.

How long will it take for me to receive my Tab 2?
The device will be dispatched within 28 days after the trade-in device has been received.

What happens if my handsets are not valid for trade-in?
Your trade-in phone will be returned to you by post if it is not valid for the offer.

Who should my I contact if my Tab 2 hasn't arrived?
You should contact the Samsung Customer Service Department if your Tab 2 has not arrived within the expected time.
