SANDISK TO HOST ANNUAL STOCKHOLDER MEETING

SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK), a global leader in flash memory storage solutions, will hold its annual stockholders meeting on Tuesday, June 12, at its corporate headquarters in Milpitas, CA, beginning at 8:00 a.m., Pacific. Attendance at the on-site meeting will be strictly limited to stockholders with a proxy control number or other proof of stock ownership. A valid photo I.D. will also be required for admittance. After adjournment of the annual stockholders meeting, a business overview will be provided by live webcast, beginning at approximately 8:20 a.m., Pacific.
