life :) has announced its financial results in 2011 and fourth quarter

Ukrainian mobile services operator life :) has announced the annual financial and operating results and the results of the fourth quarter of 2011. As stated by the operator, he continues to show growth in operating margin, at the same time maintaining the positive dynamics of growth margin EBITDA. During 2011 the operator has continued to implement its strategy RED2, aimed at regional growth, operational excellence, differentiation and transfer data. As a result, all year long life :) has demonstrated significant growth in all major operating and financial performance.

In 2011, the income statement increased by 9.2% to 2.94 billion USD, as compared with 2010 (2.69 billion USD). In the fourth quarter of 2011, life :) revenue grew by 20.8% to UAH 783 million (in the fourth quarter of 2010 - 648.3 million USD) This increase in revenue was largely due to an increase in the total subscriber base and ARPU.

In 2011, statement, EBITDA improved compared to last year by 47.0% to 750.6 million USD (in 2010 - 510.5 million USD). In the fourth quarter of 2011, EBITDA grew by 48.5% to UAH 198.6 million, compared with 133.7 million USD during the same period in 2010. At the same time, in 2011, EBITDA margin increased 6.5 points to 25.5%, compared with 19.0% in 2010, in the fourth quarter 2011 EBITDA margin showed an increase of 4.8 points to 25 , 4%, compared with 20.6% in the same period in 2010.

In 2011, the number of active for three months, subscribers grew by 0.9 million to 7 million, compared to 6.1 million in 2010. At the same time, the number of registered life :) subscribers grew by 0.6 million compared to last year, and reached 9.7 million people.

In 2011, the quarterly ARPU grew by 19.7% compared to 2010, and reached 37.49 USD (in 2010 - 31.32 USD). In the fourth quarter of 2011 this figure had grown by 5.7% to USD 37.20, compared to USD 35.18 in the fourth quarter of 2010. In 2011, the figure rose MoU by 22.0% compared with 2010 and by 5.0% in the fourth quarter of 2011 compared to the same period in 2010.
